Julianna Jasso, LMSW, GTC

Hello, and welcome to my practice!

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over 9 years of experience in the social services field. During this time, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside children, adults, and families in the ups and downs of their life journeys.

I believe in a client-centered approach to therapy. Every person is unique and so are their experiences and needs. My number one goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings, gain new insights, and develop practical strategies to improve you well-being.

Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, humanistic, and existential interventions, I tailor my approach to fit your specific goals and preferences. Together, we will work towards fostering resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and building healthier coping skills.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my three cats, playing a wide array of video games on my PC, watching anime, reading manga, and visiting my family and hometown in rural Kansas.

Areas of Focus

While I am able to treat a wide variety of mental health concerns, the following are issues that I have particular expertise in.
